Kualifikasi:
  • Familiar with the operator's wireless operation and maintenance process, at least 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor degree or above, majored in telecommunicatio ns or Engineering related professional
  • Willing to travel around Indonesia (remote village)
  • Shall have practical experience in managing QA/ HSE in projects.
  • Experienced with implementing ISO 9000 and 14000 Series and International
  • Standards relevant to Telecommunication Industry

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Ensure quality of RBS in site observation program is imp lemented and maintained on each site/ project and ensure follow up on findin
  • To coordinate implementation of the QA/HSE policies, QA/HSE Management System and Project specific QA/ HSE Management Plans a they apply to the project.
  • Ensure that the site complies wit h the relevant HSE legislation and client QA/HSE requirements.
  • Regularly perform maintain a QA/HSE audit and assessment program for the location.
  • Carry out regular inspections of the RBS sites with the r espective fields service and or HSE representative and prepare reports.
  • Develop and implement safety initiatives to continually i mprove, achieve and maintain stated safety performance and objectives.
  • Provide advice to the Field Operation Service subcontra ctor supervison on the development of project specific procedures and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) training, advise subcontractor supervisory staff and employees in the implementation of strategies to identify and control potential hazards and in the use of the hierarchy of controls.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Understand English and local language, proficiency in English communication
  • With strong communication skills, good sense of teamwork
  • Strong skills in Microsoft office software
