Kualifikasi:
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health.
  • Having General K3 Expert Certificate, ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 Certificate.
  • Having HIMU Certificate and ISO Internal Auditor is advantage.
  • Preferably have 2 years of experience handling Occupational Safety in Manufacturing company.
  • Location: Batam.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Conduct field inspections of facilities, equipment, and work procedures to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Conduct investigations into work accidents, near misses, or unsafe conditions to determine the root cause and recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in the socialization of K3 policies and changes in safety procedures in the workplace.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Have good indpenedent work, good communication skills, ability to work as part of a team, and basic knowledge of safety regulations and practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
