Kualifikasi:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree in an Environmental Engineering.
  • Have AK3U certificate.
  • Have K3 Environmental Engineering certificate.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Ensure that oil & gas operational activities (drilling, production, transport, storage) run in accordance with national and international environmental regulations.
  • Manage the implementation and updating of documents: UKL-UPL, AMDAL, RKL-RPL, and Environmental Permits.
  • Prepare routine environmental reports (monthly, semi-annual, PROPER, audit) to the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, Provincial/Regency DLH, and SKK Migas/ESDM.
  • Do: Monitoring wastewater , air quality, noise, vibration and other environmental parameters according to quality standards.
  • Waste testing (sampling), as well as supervision of the use of automatic monitoring equipment (SPARING, CEMS).
  • Oversees the management of B3 waste, including packaging, storage, labeling, transportation, and reporting to Festronik/SILABA.
  • Managing and updating environmental documents: Environmental operational permits, B3 manifest, SIMPEL, SPARING reports.
  • Prepare the required reports for: ISO 14001 Audit, MoEF PROPER Audit, Evaluation of regulators (SKK Migas, DLH, Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources).
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Familiarity with topside and jacket fabrication processes.
  • Good Attitude, Disciplined, Responsible, & Teamwork player.
  • Able to communicate in English both written and spoken.
  • Must be able to work independently of Team Work.
  • Mastering the applicable environmental regulations in the oil and gas sector: Law No. 32 of 2009, Government Regulation 22/2021, PermenLHK related to Quality Standards, etc. & Industry Standards (IFC, IOGP, API, ISO 14001).
  • Able: Conduct environmental impact analysis, monitoring and evaluation of exhaust gas emissions (flare, vent, generator, boiler), liquid waste (produced water, drain, chemical), solid waste and B3.
  • Able to compile and manage: Environmental documents (UKL/UPL, RKL-RPL, AMDAL), Semi-Month/Quarterly Reports to agencies (SIMPEL, SPARING, PROPER, etc.).
