Minimum education of junior high school / high school / vocational equivalent (preferably majoring in Engineering or Vocational).
Having basic K3 or Fire Fighting certification at the basic level from the Ministry of Manpower/BNSP is preferred.
Work experience of at least 2 years of experience in Fire & Safety positions or K3 fields in the petroleum industry (onshore/offshore, production, or storage facilities).
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Safety Monitoring & Inspection: Conduct daily checks of the work area to ensure safe conditions from potential fire hazards and hazardous gases; Conduct regular inspections of fire extinguishing equipment such as fire extinguishers, hydrants, and other safety equipment; Report any potentially hazardous conditions or actions to your supervisor or HSE team.
Occupational Safety Operational Support: Monitoring and reminding workers regarding the implementation of occupational safety procedures, especially during hot work or other high-risk activities; Prepare fire extinguishing equipment during the execution of high-risk work, such as welding, cutting, or the use of flammable materials; Be prepared to be on standby during the work to respond quickly in the event of an incident.
Tanggap Darurat: Menanggapi kebakaran kecil atau insiden di area kerja dengan menggunakan APAR atau peralatan pemadam lainnya sesuai prosedur; Membantu proses evakuasi pekerja dan memberikan dukungan kepada tim tanggap darurat (ERT); Menggunakan alat pelindung diri (APD) dengan benar, termasuk saat menghadapi situasi berbahaya seperti kebakaran atau kebocoran gas.
Reporting and Documentation:
Make a brief report related to the inspection of firefighting equipment, the condition of the hazards found, or minor incidents in the field; Provide information related to the need for repair or refilling of fire extinguishing equipment to the responsible part.
Harus punya keterampilan:
Technical Competence: Understand the basics of occupational safety (K3) in the petroleum industry environment; Able to use and operate light fire extinguishers (APAR) and fire hydrants; Have a basic knowledge of fire hazards, flammable gases, and evacuation procedures; Understand the initial action in handling fire emergencies and work accidents.
Supporting Skills: Physically strong and healthy, able to work in a field/petroleum environment with severe conditions; Quick and agile response in dealing with emergency situations; Able to work together in a team, as well as have high discipline and precision; High awareness of occupational risks and hazards in the oil and gas operation area.
