Kualifikasi:
  • Minimum education of S1 Management, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of General Affairs (GA) and Occupational Safety.
  • Having a recognized K3 certification (General K3 Expert, ISO 45001, etc.) is preferred.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Manage General Affairs operations, including asset management, security, licensing, and corporate facilities.
  • Ensure the implementation of occupational safety policies, procedures, and standards in the biotechnology environment.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities, laboratory equipment, and work procedures to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Identify potential hazards and conduct risk assessments in the workplace.
  • Coordinate with other departments in implementing a culture of safety and operational efficiency.
  • Report incidents, violations, and hazardous conditions to relevant management and regulators.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and laws related to safety and operations in the biotechnology industry.
  • Develop strategies to improve the safety culture and efficiency of work facilities.
  • Ensure emergency response readiness and evacuation procedures throughout the company's facilities.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Understand regulations related to occupational safety, facility management, and licensing in the industry.
  • Master safety management systems and their implementation in the environment.
  • Have the ability to manage assets, security, licensing, and operations of the company's facilities.
  • Able to conduct safety inspections and work incident investigations.
  • Have good communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
