  • Min. Bachelor's degree in Public Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Environment Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Min. 3 years have experiences in related field.
  • Hold AK3 Certified from Government (OHS Fire Class A and SMK3 Internal Auditor Certificate is beneficial).
  • Placement in Cikande, Serang.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Oversee occupational safety in the shoe production process, including machine operation, chemical use, and work ergonomics.
  • Develop and ensure compliance with work safety SOPs in production, warehouse, and logistics areas.
  • Lead the investigation of work accidents or near miss incidents, as well as prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports and corrective actions.
  • Develop a Zero Accident Program and monitor its effectiveness.
  • Carry out emergency response drills (fire drill, chemical spill response, first aid training, and earthquake evacuation drill).
  • Increase employee awareness of occupational safety, ergonomics, and health in the factory work environment.
  • Collaborate with Production Manager, HRD, and Engineering in implementing HSE policies in factories.
  • Coordinate with BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, the Manpower Office, and external auditors regarding the implementation of K3 in factories.
  • Propose innovations and improvements in safety and environmental management systems to improve operational efficiency and compliance.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Good knowledge of HSE Aspect and ISO Standards.
  • Strong organization, problem solving and time management skill.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skill.
  • Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
