Kualifikasi:
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Public Health or any related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HSE roles.
  • It is mandatory to have a General K3 Expert Certification from the Ministry of Manpower that is still active.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Develop and implement Occupational Safety & Health and Environmental policies throughout the building area.
  • Carry out weekly/monthly routine inspections to ensure: Availability and function of safety equipment (Fire Extinguisher, Hydrant, Smoke Detector, Fire Panel), Cleanliness, sanitation, and waste management (including domestic waste & B3), Contractor's compliance with K3 SOPs while working in the building (PTW).
  • Compile and supervise the implementation: Emergency Procedures (ERP), Disaster Response SOPs (fires, earthquakes, power outages, floods), Public area safety checklists, emergency stairs, and evacuation routes.
  • Ensure that all building activities comply with: Environmental regulations (UKL-UPL, emissions, noise, waste management), SLF requirements, Fire Department inspections, and Manpower Office audits.
  • Compile periodic reports (monthly, quarterly, yearly) for internal management and external (Disnaker, DLH, Damkar).
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Excellent leadership, communication and problem solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of local and international HSE standards.
  • Able to perform: Risk Assessment (HIRA, JSA) and routine inspections, Preparation of Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and Fire Drill, Monitoring of domestic waste management & B3, vector control, and environmental sanitation.
