Kualifikasi:
  • Minimum D3/S1 graduates in the field of K3, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
  • Have 3-5 years of work experience in the field of HSE, especially in construction projects.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Develop HSE plans that are in line with international standards, government regulations, and company policies.
  • Conduct regular inspections of project sites to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
  • Conducting investigations into work accidents, incidents, or hazardous conditions.
  • Design and implement HSE training programs for employees, subcontractors, and field workers.
  • Educate all project personnel on HSE policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with project management, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure all parties comply with HSE standards.
  • Ensure all HSE documentation, such as work permits, inspections, and audits, is well managed.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Mastering regulations related to K3 and the environment in Indonesia, especially those related to construction.
  • Understand and be able to implement Risk Assessment, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Permit to Work (PTW) procedures.
  • Able to prepare HSE training programs and monitor their implementation.
  • Strong leadership to lead the HSE team in construction projects.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills to coordinate with various parties, including contractors and subcontractors.
  • Skilled in HSE document management and reporting.
