Kualifikasi:
  • Minimum Diploma (preferably with Engineering Specialization).
  • Minimum 5 years experiences in a HSE roles.
  • Obtain Indonesia HSE certificate (AK3 Umum), ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 certificate as an internal auditor/lead auditor.
  • Have experience in writing HSE Management System procedures.
  • Placement in Batam, Indonesia.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Develop and implement HSE Plan, including safety procedures and emergency response plan (ERP).
  • Conduct Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) and ensure risk mitigation is implemented.
  • Conduct safety inspections on the job site to ensure HSE standards are applied correctly.
  • Conduct regular HSE audits to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Manage the Permit to Work (PTW) system for high-risk jobs such as hot jobs, confined spaces, or work at height.
  • Raising awareness of safe working practices through toolbox meetings and HSE campaigns.
  • Identify the root cause of an incident and provide recommendations to prevent similar incidents.
  • Ensuring waste management, emission control, and environmental conservation efforts in accordance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to integrate HSE principles in project design and execution.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Good knowledge of Indonesia laws, regulations, legal, codes.
  • Speak and Read English fluently.
  • Computer, good interpersonal, team player and presentation skills.
  • In-depth understanding of international safety standards such as OSHA, NFPA, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
  • Ability to prepare and implement HSE Plan, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA), and Emergency Response Plan.
  • Ability to use software such as Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, or other HSE software.
