Kualifikasi:
  • HSE foreman, 3 years of experience in the same position.
  • Minimum D3/S1 education in the field of Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, Mining Engineering, or other relevant fields.
  • General K3 Expert Certification.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures across the mine's work area.
  • Carry out regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and work processes to identify potential risks.
  • Conducting evacuation drills and simulations to ensure the team's readiness to face emergency situations.
  • Conduct accident investigations to identify the root cause and provide prevention recommendations.
  • Compile inspection, investigation, and occupational safety statistics reports to be reported to superiors and related parties.
  • Working closely with the mine operations team to ensure production activities run safely and in accordance with HSE standards.
  • Identify potential occupational safety and health risks at mine sites.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Understand HSE-related regulations.
  • Have the ability to conduct HSE inspections and audits in mining areas.
  • Familiar with hazardous materials handling procedures, waste management, and mine safety equipment.
  • Able to convey HSE information clearly to employees at various levels.
  • Ability to compile HSE-related reports, including incident investigations and safety statistics.
