Kualifikasi:
  • S1 education in the field: Environmental Engineering, Public Health (Occupational Safety and Health Concentration), Industrial Engineering, Health Sciences or other relevant fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of HSE, especially related to industrial hygiene, occupational health, and environmental management.
  • Mandatory certifications: General K3 Expert or similar, Certification related to Industrial Hygiene (IH) or Occupational Health (OH), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System) Certificate.
  • Additional certifications: SMKP (Mining Safety Management System), Environmental audit or sustainability management.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Oversee the implementation of sustainability programs such as energy efficiency or waste reduction.
  • Carry out identification, monitoring, and evaluation of occupational health risks, such as exposure to chemicals, dust, noise, vibration, or lighting.
  • Manage risk control programs related to industrial hygiene to create a healthy work environment.
  • Supervise the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and occupational health monitoring equipment such as gas detectors, noise meters, or dust samplers.
  • Develop occupational health programs, such as periodic health checks for employees.
  • Develop and implement preventive measures to reduce the risk of occupational diseases.
  • Provide training to employees regarding good occupational health and safety practices.
  • Ensure that the company's operations comply with environmental regulations such as waste management, gas emissions, and resource conservation.
  • Conduct environmental impact analysis and develop mitigation measures if significant risks are found.
  • Carry out regular audits related to occupational health, industrial hygiene and the environment to ensure compliance with national and international standards (ISO 14001, PROPER, or AMDAL regulations).
  • Prepare HSE performance reports related to IH, OH, and the environment to be submitted to management and regulators.
  • Conduct investigations into occupational incidents or illnesses to find root causes and mitigation measures.
  • Develop policies and procedures to prevent similar incidents in the future.
  • Providing direction to the team related to the implementation of the IH/OH program and the environment in the field.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • In-depth understanding of: Industrial Hygiene (IH) principles and how to manage risks in the workplace, National/international regulations and standards related to occupational health and the environment (e.g., OSHA, ACGIH, AMDAL, or PROPER),
  • Waste management and environmental conservation efforts, The use of occupational health monitoring tools such as noise meters, gas detectors, and air quality test equipment.
  • Knowledge related to risk analysis, incident investigation, and management of occupational health programs.
  • Able to lead the team for the implementation of IH/OH programs and the environment.
  • Ability to provide training and explain HSE-related policies to employees.
  • Able to analyze occupational health and environmental data to find preventive and corrective solutions.
  • Ability to plan and manage environmental and occupational health management programs effectively.
