Certified with general K3 expert certification and Fire Safety Manager.
Minimum of 5 years experience in the field of K3, especially as HSE Manager.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Develop and ensure the implementation: Safety and hygiene SOPs throughout the hotel area, Safe working system in kitchens, housekeeping, laundry, and public areas.
Compile and implement: Risk Assessment (HIRA), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Emergency Response Plan (ERP).
Perform and supervise routine inspections of: fire extinguishers, hydrants, fire alarms, exit signs, evacuation lines, electrical panel rooms, generator rooms, water tanks, elevators, boiler rooms, kitchen areas (grease trap, fire suppression), and laundry (chemicals).
Follow up on unsafe conditions & unsafe behavior with a reporting and improvement system.
Ensure the hotel: Have K3 documents, SLF (Certificate of Fitness for Function), environmental permits, waste management; Ready for audits from the Fire Department, Directorate, Health Office, and DLH.
Compile and submit reports: Work accidents, K3 training, waste reporting, and fire inspections.
Organize and coordinate: Fire Drill and Evacuation of Hotel Guests and Staff (at least 1–2 times per year), Emergency Response Team (ERT) and hotel First Aid.
Provide and test reliability: Safety equipment (first aid kits, evacuation lines, emergency communication systems).
Provide training to staff and contractors related to: Occupational safety, chemical handling, food safety, and evacuation procedures.
Develop the "Safety Awareness Campaign" and "Hotel Safety Culture" programs in the work environment.
Ensure: Domestic waste and B3 (detergent, chemical, etc.) management runs according to the rules; Monitoring the quality of swimming pool water, drinking water, wastewater, and pest control.
Coordinate with external vendors: waste transportation, water treatment, etc.
