Kualifikasi:
  • Domiciled in Bali is Mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Public Health, HSE, or related fields.
  • Possess a General HSE (K3) certification, Hospital HSE (K3RS) Certification, and other relevant certifications.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the hospital or healthcare industries as an HSE/K3 staff is a plus, but fresh-graduates are welcome to apply.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Develop, implement, and supervise the Occupational Safety and Health in Hospital (K3RS) program.
  • Conducting hazard identification and risk assessments related to occupational safety, medical waste, hazardous chemicals, ergonomics, and hospital emergencies.
  • Conducting K3 training for hospital staff, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), medical waste handling, and emergency response procedures.
  • Conduct periodic inspections throughout the hospital area to ensure compliance with occupational safety standards and operating procedures.
  • Oversee the process of managing medical waste and chemicals in accordance with environmental and safety standards.
  • Handle reports of incidents or work accidents in hospitals, including conducting investigations and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Compile and update documents related to K3RS, such as SOPs, safety reports, and risk analysis.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Competence in the preparation of HSE documents, including SOPs, work instructions, and incident reports.
  • Able to conduct K3 inspections and internal audits periodically.
  • Proficient in using safety equipment and able to provide training related to the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Skills in providing K3 training and socialization to hospital employees.
  • Ability to coordinate with cross-departmental teams, hospital management, and external parties.
