Kualifikasi:
  • PT Danamas Insan Kreasi Andalan (DIKA) is looking for "HSE Officer" for our client. Placement : Surabaya, Company: E-Commerce Industry, Contract: PKWT.
  • Male/Female.
  • Minimum education background is Bachelor (S1) Law, (Litigation), Business Administration, Supply Chain & Logistics, Management.
  • Minimum 2 years experiences in a similar field.
  • Have certifications such as HSE (AK3U), Fraud/ Internal Auditor (CFA, CrFra, CIA), Risk Management (CRMP), or Compliance Management (CCMP).
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Can create and present comprehensive reports.
  • Ensure the implementation of HSE policies and procedures is in accordance with company standards and government regulations.
  • Identify hazards, assess risks, and provide recommendations for control actions to create a safe work environment.
  • Carry out regular inspections in the work area to ensure compliance with OSH and environmental standards.
  • Supporting the implementation of work accident investigations and assisting in the preparation of investigation reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly HSE reports to be reported to superiors and related agencies.
  • Conduct socialization related to HSE to increase employee awareness about the importance of occupational safety and health.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Ability to manage a team and also do team development both in terms of skills and capabilities.
  • Ability to communicate in foreign languages (English, Bahasa, and others).
  • Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT).
  • Able to analyze and creating security roaster system.
  • Able to use applications or Logistics systems (SAP, LOP, and others).
