Kualifikasi:
  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in HSE or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-year experience as HSE Officer or a similar role; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Preferred under 30th years old.
  • Certified in General K3 (Ahli K3 Umum); additional K3-related certifications are highly advantageous.
  • Willing to be placed in Majalengka, West Java.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Ensure the implementation of HSE policies and procedures is in accordance with company standards and government regulations.
  • Identify hazards, assess risks, and provide recommendations for control actions to create a safe work environment.
  • Carry out regular inspections in the work area to ensure compliance with OSH and environmental standards.
  • Supporting the implementation of work accident investigations and assisting in the preparation of investigation reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly HSE reports to be reported to superiors and related agencies.
  • Conduct socialization related to HSE to increase employee awareness about the importance of occupational safety and health.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Good understanding of HSE standards, procedures, and regulations.
  • Capable of conducting risk assessments, accident investigations, and safety inspections.
  • Knowledge of ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System) preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently or in a team.
