Kualifikasi:
  • Has an experience in oil and gas industry in relevant field.
  • Please state in the body email: Expected salary, Availability to join.
  • Have relevant oil and gas K3 certifications.
  • Minimum S1 graduates from the Department of Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related majors.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Willing to work on site (Papua) and HO (Jakarta) with rotation 9 weeks on : 3 weeks off.
  • Prepare and implement HSE Plan for oil and gas operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure the workplace is safe and free of potential hazards.
  • Collaborate with operations, management, and vendor teams to ensure operational safety and sustainability.
  • Compile daily, weekly, or monthly HSE reports to be presented to management.
  • Ensure waste management, oil spill prevention, and environmental protection in accordance with regulations.
  • Investigate work incidents or accidents, identify the root causes, and develop recommendations to prevent similar incidents in the future.
  • Carry out Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for all activities.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Familiar with EPC Project
  • Understand K3 and environmental regulations related to oil and gas, such as the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources and Environmental Regulations.
  • Have an in-depth understanding of HSE Plan, HIRA/JSA, LOTO (Lockout-Tagout), and Emergency Response Plan.
  • Ability to conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and incident investigations.
  • Mastering HSE management systems such as ISO 45001 (Occupational Safety and Health) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management).
