Kualifikasi:
  • A diploma or bachelor's degree, preferably in a relevant field like Occupational Health and Safety.
  • Have 5 years working experience in related positions, preferably in petrochemicals company.
  • Have K3 certification from Disnakertrans, or other relevant certifications.
  • Have expecience with WAH, Scaffolding, LOTO, Confined Space, PTW, HIRADC.
  • Willing to be placed in Cilegon.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • To Conduct HSE Program: Fire Facility, Inspection, Safety Induction, HSE Training.
  • Plan and implement OHS system in the factory.
  • ERT Team in case of emergency.
  • Responsible for worker safety.
  • Responsible for the laws and regulations regarding OHS.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth understanding of national and international HSE regulations; Ability to conduct risk analysis, HSE compliance supervision, and HSE report preparation; Experience in HSE audits, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 audits; Able to operate HSE-related software and data management.
  • Skills: Leadership skills to lead junior teams in the implementation of HSE programs; Good communication and presentation skills to provide training or counseling; Problem solving and good decision-making related to safety and the environment.
