Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of HSE experience, preferably in construction or renewable energy.
- Preferred certifications: K3 Umum, K3 Listrik, TKBT, or other relevant safety certifications.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and oversee HSE protocols to ensure regulatory and company compliance.
- Report directly to the Board of Directors and collaborate across divisions to maintain a safe work environment.
- Create and update HSE policies in line with regulations and best practices.
- Conduct site inspections, identify hazards, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Develop and deliver safety training for employees and contractors.
- Lead accident investigations and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure project sites comply with HSE standards and legal requirements.
- Manage the Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS) to enforce safety protocols.
- Prepare and present safety reports to the Board of Directors.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to promote a strong safety culture.
