Kualifikasi:
  • Client Details: Manufacturing
  • Willing to be placed in Batam - Riau area.
  • Min Diploma 3 in Engineering, Safety, Management, Administration, Accounting or other HSE related education background.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience at the same positions.
  • Have Certification: General K3 Expert (Ministry of Manpower – active), ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Internal Auditor, SMK3 Certification (PP 50/2012), BBS, P3K, Fire Safety.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Develop and lead strategic HSE initiatives that ensure excellence in safety, occupational health and the environment, aligning them with organizational objectives.
  • Create and strengthen an organizational culture focused on safety, promoting awareness at all hierarchical levels and developing behavioral and technical programs aimed at accident prevention.
  • Work closely with different areas of the company to identify and implement solutions that improve the safety and health of workers, focusing on effective and sustainable results.
  • Act as the main interlocutor for clients' HSE demands, ensuring a clear and effective flow of communication through participation in strategic meetings, presentation of reports and action plans, in addition to understanding the specific needs of clients in relation to HSE and proposing customized solutions.
  • Develop and manage accident prevention programs, conduct periodic training and awareness campaigns for all employees, ensuring the dissemination of good safety practices.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications. Conduct internal and external audits to maintain integrated management system certifications and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as accident rates (lagging indicators) and preventive indicators (leading indicators), performance indicators and environmental compliance, reporting to senior management and proposing improvements.
  • Lead the HSE team, promoting the continuous development of employees and ensuring the effective implementation of health, safety and environmental policies and processes.
  • Prepare and manage the annual HSE budget, controlling expenses and proposing cost optimization alternatives, without compromising the safety and quality of operations.
  • Search for and apply innovative solutions, such as the use of new technologies and methodologies, to optimize safety, health and environmental management.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Fluent in business English communication in both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity or proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Presentation) and Adobe editor.
  • Digital application understanding and operating ability.
  • Good communication ability and interpersonal skill.
  • Quick learner, good analytical skill, and complex problem-solving ability.
  • Technical Competencies: K3 & Environmental Management System (ISO 45001, 14001, SMK3, PROPER), HSE internal and external audit, Work accident investigation (RCA, 5 Why), Risk control (HIRA, JSA, Emergency Plan).
