Kualifikasi:
  • Minimum D3/S1 education in the field: K3. Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in the HSE field, especially in a training role.
  • General K3 Expert Certification (AK3U) from the Ministry of Agriculture or equivalent.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Develop training modules based on operational needs and HSE standards.
  • Ensure training materials include HSE regulations, PPE use, emergency response, and risk mitigation.
  • Provide training to employees, contractors, and related parties, both in theory and practice.
  • Measure the effectiveness of training through tests, observations, or participant performance in the workplace.
  • Increase employee awareness of the importance of health, occupational safety, and environmental protection.
  • Compile and manage training documents, such as participant lists, certificates, and training activity reports.
  • Helps improve employee skills in recognizing, preventing, and managing occupational risks.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • In-depth understanding of the HSE Management System, including safety procedures, emergency response, and risk mitigation.
  • Knowledge of Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA), as well as local and international HSE regulations.
  • Effective communication skills to deliver training materials clearly and persuasively.
  • Ability to compile HSE training modules based on organizational needs.
