Kualifikasi:
  • Have 3 years experience as HSSE Manager in similar catering industry or mining at remote area.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineer Enviromental Science, Occupational Health or related field.
  • Have Valid certification of K3, HACCP, HIMU.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • HSSE Implementation & Supervision: Develop HSSE policies and procedures in food production and catering service areas; Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000) and occupational safety (ISO 45001, OSHA, K3); Supervise the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), sanitize work areas, and food hygiene protocols.
  • Risk Management & Incident Investigation: Conducting hazard identification & risk assessment (HIRA, JSA) in industrial kitchens, warehouses, and service areas; Investigate work incidents, food poisoning cases, or HSSE violations, and formulate corrective actions; Develop an emergency response plan for fires, hazardous material spills, or other emergencies.
  • Audit, Compliance, & Reporting: Conduct an internal audit of HSSE to ensure all catering operations comply with health and safety regulations; Prepare work safety reports, environmental quality monitoring, and compliance documentation for management and regulators; Coordinate with health authorities, BPOM, and related agencies in HSSE inspections.
  • HSSE Culture Training & Development: Train employees, chefs, and catering operational staff in HSSE practices, including food hygiene procedures and waste management; Increasing safety awareness through safety talk programs, fire simulations, and routine inspections; Encourage the implementation of a proactive HSSE culture in the company.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Ablitiy to directing risk assessment, accident investigation, training plan, audit, and manage multiple HSSE project.
  • Fully understand about HACCP and ISO 9001, 45001 dan 22000.
  • Possess decision making and problem solving skill.
  • Have good managerial skills to lead the location.
  • Good interpersonal skills is essential in order to communicate with fellow employees, resident and clients.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
