Kualifikasi:
  • Graduate from any major.
  • Holds a valid Ahli K3 Umum certification from Kemnaker.
  • Male/Female, with 1-2 years of experience.
  • Willing to be placed at fossil fuel terminals in various locations across Indonesia (Java, Nusa Tenggara, Bali, Papua).
  • Project-based contract (6-12 months).
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • HSSE Policy Implementation: Develop and implement project-specific HSSE policies, Ensuring that all project activities comply with the company's HSSE regulations and standards.
  • Risk Identification and Management: Conduct risk analysis and hazard assessment at the project site, Determine mitigation measures to reduce safety, health, and environmental related risks.
  • Monitoring and Inspection: Overseeing the project team's compliance with HSSE procedures, Conducting routine inspections of equipment, work areas, and project activities.
  • Incident Investigation: Lead the investigation of accidents or incidents in projects, Compile incident reports, analyze the root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Creates periodic reports on HSSE activities and project statistics for management, Documents all HSSE inspections, audits, and training conducted.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-departmental teams to ensure HSSE integration in all aspects of the project, Communicate with contractors and third parties to ensure they comply with the company's HSSE standards.
  • Emergency Response: Develop and maintain project emergency response plans, Supervise the implementation of emergency response simulations at the project site.
  • Environmental Performance Monitoring: Manage waste management, pollution control, and other activities related to environmental protection, Ensure the implementation of sustainability programs in accordance with company policies.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth understanding of national and international HSSE-related regulations and standards, Ability to identify and assess risks in a project environment, Experience in HSSE inspections, audits, and investigations.
  • Skills: Good analysis and problem-solving abilities, Strong communication skills, including providing HSSE training or counseling, Leadership to supervise and direct HSSE teams on projects.
