Kualifikasi:

D3 Ners.
Have an active Registration Certificate (STR) as a nurse.
It is preferable to have additional education or training in the field of Industrial Hygiene or Occupational Safety and Health (K3).
Work Experience Minimum 3 years of work experience as a Corporate/Industrial Clinic Nurse or in the field of Industrial Hygiene.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Monitoring and Evaluation of Work Environment Factors: Measuring and monitoring exposure to dust, gases, noise, lighting, temperature, vibration, and chemicals in the work environment; Operate and ensure that the Industrial Hygiene measuring instrument is in good condition.
Risk Evaluation and Report Preparation: Evaluate the results of work environment measurements in accordance with the applicable Threshold Value (NAV); Make a report on the measurement results and provide recommendations for the control of exposure to occupational health hazards.
Worker Health Assessment Related to Work Exposure Factors: Assist in identifying the relationship between workers' health and work environment conditions; Acting as a liaison between the occupational health clinic and the HSE team, especially related to the handling of health cases due to exposure to the work environment.
Occupational Health Socialization and Education: Providing socialization related to health hazards due to occupational exposure to the workforce; Increase workforce awareness regarding the importance of maintaining health and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Coordination with the HSE Team: Working with HSE Supervisors, Medics, and company doctors to develop an occupational health program based on Industrial Hygiene; Participate in field inspections related to aspects of K3 and occupational health.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Technical Competence: Understand the principles of Industrial Hygiene; identification of occupational health hazards, measurement of work environment exposure factors, and evaluation of Threshold Values (NAV); Master the use of work environment measuring instruments: sound level meter, lux meter, gas detector, personal dust sampler, etc.; Understand the handling of health cases due to work exposure and be able to relate clinical health aspects to work environment risk factors.
Supporting Ability: Analytical, meticulous, and have good communication skills; Able to prepare reports on the results of work environment and occupational health measurements; Oriented towards the safety and health of the workforce.
