Kualifikasi:
  • D3 Ners.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the field of Industrial Hygiene, K3, or HSE, especially in the oil & gas, manufacturing, or mining industries.
  • Industrial Hygiene Certification or training related to industrial hygiene (preferred) & General K3 Expert Certificate (AK3U) from the Ministry of Manpower is an added value.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Measurement and Monitoring of the Work Environment: Measuring exposure to dust, noise, lighting, harmful gases, vibration, temperature, and other environmental factors; Operating and maintaining industrial hygiene measuring devices according to procedures; Sampling air and chemicals in the work environment according to sampling standards.
  • Evaluation and Reporting: Evaluate the results of work environment measurements and compare them with the applicable Threshold Value (NAV); Prepare a detailed report on the results of Industrial Hygiene measurements to be reported to the HSE Supervisor or Management.
  • Hazard Identification and Control: Assists in the identification of potential occupational health hazards (dust, chemicals, noise, ergonomics, etc.); Provide recommendations related to occupational health risk control, such as the use of PPE, ventilation, or modification of work processes.
  • HSE Socialization and Support: Providing information and education to workers regarding health risks in the work environment; Working closely with the HSE team in implementing occupational health programs and worker health monitoring.
  • Tool Maintenance and Data Administration: Ensuring that Industrial Hygiene measuring instruments are always in good condition and calibrated; Record measurement results and maintain work environment data as a company archive.

  • Supporting Ability: Detailed and meticulous in measuring and recording data; Able to prepare reports on the results of work environment measurements; Communicative and able to work closely with the HSE team and workers in the field.
  • Technical Competence: Understand the principles of Industrial Hygiene, including the control of exposure to the work environment (dust, noise, vibration, chemicals, ergonomics, etc.); Skilled in using work environment measuring tools such as sound level meters, lux meters, gas detectors, personal dust samplers, and other exposure measuring tools; Understand regulations related to K3, occupational health, and the environment (Law No. 1 of 1970, Permenaker on Exposure Threshold Values, etc.).
