Possesses a minimum of three (3) years of experience in each position in construction of oil and gas project.

Minimum S1 education in the field of Mechanical Engineering, Occupational Safety & Health Engineering (K3), Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Have mechanical design certifications, such as: AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, or other engineering design software;
K3 certifications such as General K3 Expert (AK3U), NEBOSH, or OSHA (added value); ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management System) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System) are preferred.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Mechanical System Design & Development: Designing safe and efficient mechanical structures, equipment, and systems using engineering design software; Ensure each design meets international and national safety standards; Develop ergonomic and user-friendly designs to reduce the risk of work accidents.
Safety Evaluation in Mechanical Design: Conduct risk and hazard analysis in mechanical design using methods such as HAZOP, HIRA, or FMEA; Working closely with the HSE team to ensure that each design minimises risks to workers; Analyze previous design failures and provide improvement recommendations to improve safety.
Documentation & Compliance with Standards: Creating complete and compliant engineering drawings, specifications, and design documentation; Ensure that each design complies with industry standards such as ASME, ISO, API, and OSHA; Coordinate with relevant departments to review and validate mechanical designs prior to implementation.
Collaboration with Engineering & Safety Teams: Working closely with engineers, project managers, and HSE teams in the design to implementation stages; Provide safety-related technical input in the design of machinery, equipment, or work facilities; Participate in mechanical design safety audits and inspections prior to installation or production.
Harus punya keterampilan:
Master the design and analysis of mechanical systems using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar software.
Understand occupational safety standards in mechanical design (ISO, ASME, ANSI, API, and OSHA).
Able to develop mechanical designs that prioritize safety and ergonomics.
Understand mechanical hazard analysis (HAZOP, HIRA, FMEA) to prevent the risk of work accidents.
Have good technical communication skills to coordinate with engineering, HSE, and project management teams.
