Kualifikasi:
  • D3 Chemical Engineer or SMK Teknik Kimia minimum.
  • Experience 3 Years as operator Waste Acid Treatment Plant and 5 Years on Wastewater Treatment Plant.
  • Preferably have a certificate of: Certificate WWTP from department of environmental.
  • Certificate Bump test training.
  • Certificate operator sampling from department of environmental.
  • Certificate training for handling H2S gas.

  • Working location at IMIP, Morowali, Central Sulawesi.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Willing to work night shift.
  • Operate the Waste Acid treatment Plant and Wastewater treatment plant as per training instructions and SOP.
  • Set up, operate, or tend continuous running Wastewater treatment equipment in compliance to the operational standards procedures applicable, in a safety and clean environment.
  • Ensures that all tasks are performed in accordance with approved safety and environmental standards and regulations.
  • Regular check Gypsum Reaction tank and Thickener.
  • Regular check Gypsum Pulp tank and Gypsum Centrifuge.
  • Regular check Neutralization tank and thickener.
  • Benefit and others: Regular check Neutralization filter press. Attractive remuneration package.
  • Regular Daily check check Air all compressor operation and pump, line, pressure make sure pump, pressure dosing waste pump meaning.
  • Regular check operation gas scrubber.
  • Regular check operation centrifuge filter.
  • Adjust reagent dosage as supervisor instruction.
  • Doing regularly sampling.
  • Monitoring operation parameter and recorded in to shift log sheet.
  • Reporting to the WATP and WWTP shift supervisor.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Understand with operation WATP &WWTP (Startup circuit, Opertion control, shut down circuits).
  • Knowledge wastewater treatment principles, methods, and practices.
  • Familiar with Absorption towers, centrifugal pump, storage tank, heat exchanger, thickener, Gypsum centrifuge and filter press.
  • Knowledge in emergency response team of chemical spillage.
