Kualifikasi:

Diploma/Bachelor’s in Public Health, HSE, Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum age of 33 and 5+ years of experience as an HSE Coordinator/Supervisor in construction projects.
Holds an AK3U Certificate from the Ministry of Manpower (KEMENAKER).

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Develop and implement QHSE policies aligned with company standards.
Ensure safety compliance at project sites.
Investigate incidents and prepare preventive action reports.
Conduct QHSE training and awareness programs.
Perform audits and oversee certifications.
Manage environmental programs at project sites.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Strong leadership and analytical skills.
An in-depth understanding of: Principles of quality, occupational health and safety management, and the environment, National regulations related to K3 and the environment (Manpower Law, AMDAL, etc.), Internal and external audit methodologies, Integrated Management Systems.
Ability to develop and monitor QHSE KPIs.
Able to lead and coordinate cross-departmental teams.
Able to analyze QHSE data to determine improvement steps.
Ability to communicate QHSE policies and procedures to employees at all levels.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
