Kualifikasi:
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in QHSE.
- Holding a General OHS (AK3 Umum) certificate is a must.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and oversee Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) policies and procedures in compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Ensure all operational activities comply with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), environmental, and quality standards.
- Identify potential risks and take preventive actions to minimize workplace accidents and environmental impacts.
- Conduct routine inspections, internal audits, and incident investigations to ensure compliance with QHSE policies.
- Provide training to employees on safety procedures, workplace health,environmental management & Quality standard.
- Coordinate with external stakeholder, including government agencies and clients, regarding QHSE compliance.
- Prepare reports on safety, environmental, and quality aspects for management review.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong knowledge of quality, health, safety, and environmental management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- Familiar with HIRADC, JSA, and able to lead Toolbox Meetings.
- Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and good analytical thinking.
