Kualifikasi:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in logistics, warehouse and trucking.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Bachelor Degree of food technology (priority)
  • Willing to be placed at Sidoarjo.
  • Subject : QHSE NAMA
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Conduct safety patrol, safety talk/ briefing, safety induction and safety awareness program.
  • Investigation accident.
  • Pest Control Management.
  • Monthly Report QHSE (APAR, Hydrant, inspection, medicine, etc).
  • Hazard identification and MK3L risk assessment in the 3PL company.
  • Implementation of QHSE policies and guideline-based on government regulations applicable needs of the company.
  • Support existing and new customer audits.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Having knowledge about JSA, HIRAC, 5S, Inspection, government regulation related K3L, internal auditor.
  • Familiar with the computerized system (Ms. Office).
  • Having good analytical for accident investigation.
