Kualifikasi:
  • Minimum S1 education in the field of Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Marine Engineering, Marine Transportation Management, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
  • Have a General K3 Expert certification from the Ministry of Manpower which is still active.
  • Additional certifications such as ISM Code (International Safety Management), ISPS Code (International Ship and Port Facility Security), ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety) are preferred.
  • Experience Minimum 3 years of experience as a QSHE Officer in the shipping, maritime, or ship logistics industry.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Implement & evaluate policies & activities related to QSHE aspects, CSMS requirements for auctions, HSE PLAN, and internal inspections & audits.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations on ships and related facilities.
  • Oversee the implementation of the ISM Code, MARPOL, and SOLAS in ship and port operations.
  • Carry out periodic safety and environmental inspections of the ship.
  • Conduct operational risk analysis, including HAZID (Hazard Identification) and HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment).
  • Prepare QSHE audit reports, ship inspections, and work accidents to management and regulators.
  • Ensure all documentation related to ship safety certifications, operational permits, and environmental procedures is always up to date.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Understand international and national regulations related to shipping safety and environment, such as ISM Code, SOLAS (Safety of Life at Sea), MARPOL (Marine Pollution), STCW (Standards of Training, Certification, and Watchkeeping for Seafarers), as well as regulations from IMO and the Indonesian Ministry of Transportation.
  • Master Risk Assessment (HIRA), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Permit to Work (PTW) in shipping operations.
  • Understand bunkering safety, cargo handling safety, emergency response, and oil spill response procedures.
  • Able to prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and emergency procedures related to ship and port operations.
