Kualifikasi:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Min. 3 years of experience as a Supervisor Safety
  • Preferred with SMK3 and ISO 45001 certifications.
  • Loyalty to the organization and its values, fostering a trusting and committed work environment.
  • Willing to be placement in Tarakan, North Kalimantan (no roster system).
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Develop and implement site-specific safety plans and procedures.
  • Conduct safety risk assessments and ensure proper preventive measures are in place.
  • Ensure compliance with government safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of the construction site and equipment.
  • Identify unsafe practices and conditions, report findings, and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.
  • Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure availability on site.
  • Prepare detailed reports and recommend preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
  • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to identify root causes.
  • Liaise with local authorities regarding safety inspections and audits.
  • Assist in obtaining and maintaining safety certifications required for the project.
  • Ensure that all safety documentation, such as permits, hazard reports, and inspection logs, is properly maintained.
  • Maintain accurate records of safety performance and incidents.
