Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Occupational Safety Risk Management: Identifying & analyzing hazards in the work environment, including production, construction, or mining areas; Develop risk mitigation programs & safe work procedures (SOPs) to reduce the potential for accidents; Ensure the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in accordance with safety standards.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Safety Audits: Ensure compliance with applicable occupational safety regulations at the national and international levels; Conduct internal safety audits and workplace inspections to assess potential hazards & ensure compliance; Coordinate with relevant authorities in occupational safety inspection & reporting.
  • Incident Investigation & Reporting: Investigate work accident incidents to find the root cause and formulate corrective actions; Compile accident reports & occupational safety statistics for continuous improvement; Develop strategies to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future.
  • Safety Culture Training & Development: Organize & deliver safety training to workers, supervisors, and management; Increasing occupational safety awareness through safety talks, K3 campaigns, and emergency simulations; Develop a proactive safety culture within the company.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Understanding of rules and regulations related to occupational health and safety (K3 law, SMK3, etc).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
