Kualifikasi:
  • Minimum Qualification and experience of the individual senior Fire Safety Assessor nomiated as Qualified Fire Safety Consultan (QFSC).
  • Shall Hold a bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil, Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical from a university recognized by the Indonesian Engineer Association.
  • Shall have a minimum 10 years of design experience or experience in carrying out assessements of exsiting buildings and be familiar with key fire safety principles in industrial buildings.
  • Shall Hold a valid License to Practice as an Architec or Engineer issued by the Indonesian Engineer Association.
  • Shall Hold certifications in Fire Prevention and Protection and Fire Safety Design from recognized institutes.
  • Ideally experience at least three existing building assessements within the lasst two years.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Develop & oversee Fire Safety Programs: Develop fire prevention policies and procedures; Ensuring compliance with national and international fire regulations.
  • Developing & Implementing Fire Safety Training: Training employees in the use of fire extinguishers and evacuation procedures; Conducting emergency simulations (fire drills).
  • Conducting Fire Safety Inspections & Audits: Conducting regular inspections of fire extinguishers, hydrants, sprinklers, fire alarms, and evacuation routes; Prepare inspection reports and improvement recommendations.
  • Coordination with External Teams & Parties: Collaborate with the K3 team, fire brigade, and relevant authorities in fire risk management; Supervise the installation and maintenance of fire protection systems.
  • Fire Incident Investigation & Analysis: Investigating the cause of the fire and providing recommendations to prevent similar incidents; Coordinate with the authorities in the investigation of the fire.
  • Preparation of Reports & Documentation: Preparation of monthly and annual reports related to fire safety; Archiving inspection, training, and fire incident data.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Skills & Competencies: In-depth understanding of fire regulations (e.g., Regulation of the Minister of Manpower related to Fire K3); Expertise in fire safety inspections and audits. Able to develop fire risk mitigation strategies; Communication skills for training and coordination with other teams; Analytical capabilities for fire incident investigation.
