Kualifikasi:
  • Minimal bachelor degree in any dicipline.
  • Minimal 5 years working experiences in the same position (ERT Superintendent) especially underground mining.
  • Having certificate mine rescuer and POP.
  • Willing to be placed in Palu, Central Sulawesi.
  • Requirement: Photo, Curriculum vitae, Job Aplication Letter, Copy ID & Diploma, Covid19 Certification, Certificate or Training.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Lead, coordinate, and ensure the readiness of emergency response teams (ERTs) in handling various types of emergencies.
  • Develop, implement, and supervise emergency response procedures, including fires, gas leaks, chemical spills, or natural disasters.
  • Designing and conducting regular training for ERT members, including emergency response simulations (drills).
  • Ensure the availability, function, and maintenance of emergency response equipment such as fire extinguishers, personal protective equipment (PPE), and communication equipment.
  • Directing and supervising ERT teams during emergency incident handling to ensure a prompt and appropriate response.
  • Plays an active role in building a safety-conscious work culture and emergency response throughout the organization.
  • Lead investigations after incidents to identify root causes and corrective actions.
  • Identify and analyze risks related to emergencies.
  • Ensure that emergency response procedures and practices are in accordance with applicable occupational safety and environmental regulations.
  • Prepare monthly or annual reports related to ERT activities, including training, inspection, and incident handling.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Advance skill in emergency management, health, safety & environment system both surface & underground.
  • Fluent in english (both writing & speaking).
  • Good analytical thingking, problem solving & decision making.
  • Good communication skill, influencing skill & interpersonal.
