Kualifikasi:
  • Bachelor’s degree in OHS or related field (Postgraduate or Master’s preferred).
  • 12+ years in smelting, petrochemical, or similar industries, with 5+ years in a managerial OHS role.
  • Possess HSE System Trainings (Investigation, Risk Assessment or other HSE Training supported the system).
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Develop, implement, and monitor occupational safety policies in accordance with local and international regulations.
  • Identify hazards, analyze risks, and develop mitigation measures to minimize work accidents.
  • Ensure smelter operations run in accordance with applicable safety standards.
  • Design and implement safety training for employees, especially related to hazards in smelter areas.
  • Lead investigations of incidents or work accidents, identify root causes, and propose corrective measures.
  • Ensure that the company's operations are in accordance with national and international occupational safety regulations.
  • Provide direction and evaluation of team performance to improve the effectiveness of safety programs.
  • Manage safety-related documentation, including work procedures, work permits, and accident data.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Hands on knowledge and deep understanding of Smelting Processes, Hazardous Materials, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven leadership, risk assessment, and incident investigation skills.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Knowledge relevant to the smelting industry, such as EPA, OSHA, MSHA (Mine Safety and Health Administration), and environmental regulations.
  • Strong communication skills in English and the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
