Kualifikasi:
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in OHS, Public Health, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
  • 3+ years experience in SHE/OHS fields, including 2+ years in mining operations.
  • Interest in SHE digitalization system.
  • Willing to be place in Kalimantan.
  • General K3 Expert Certification (AK3U) or relevant equivalent.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Lead and supervise the SHE team in the implementation of safety, health, and work environment standards.
  • Develop and implement SHE management policies, procedures, and systems in accordance with applicable regulations and standards.
  • Monitor the implementation of the SHE program in the work area, including regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Carry out identification, analysis, and mitigation of risks related to safety, health, and the environment in the workplace.
  • Prepares SHE reports on a regular basis, including incident reports, audits, and inspections.
  • Coordinating the handling of incidents or work accidents, including investigations, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective/preventive measures.
  • Provide coaching to teams and employees to create a safe work culture. Ensure the company complies with all regulations related to safety, health, and the environment.
  • Working closely with other divisions to ensure operations are running in accordance with standards SHE.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • In-depth understanding of HSE management systems, such as ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System).
  • Good communication and coordination skills, both internally and with external parties.
  • Ability to manage and monitor the implementation of safety, health, and environmental procedures in the work area.
  • Knowledge of laws and regulations related to K3 and the environment in the mining sector.
