Kualifikasi:
  • HSE Area Head.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Public Health / Environmental Engineering / K3.
  • Certified in AK3.
  • Experienced for at least 5 years.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Handle regulation and issue related to health, safety, environment by coordinating with another Departments regarding HSE documents (HIRADC, JSA, HSE Form, Waste Treatment, Work Permit).
  • Manages communication with training and briefing to all department in regards to safety that accordance with health, safety and environment regulation.
  • Keeping an up to date information regarding employee current condition, current regulation, the gap between and how to execute improvement to close the gap regarding healthy, safety, and environment.
  • Carry out administration and field observations regarding HSE business process procedures for accident and ill health prevention.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Create K3 program, SOP and planning for its implementation.
  • General knowledge in handling technical audit Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
