Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Undergraduate Education (S1) in the field of Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or other related majors.
- Having professional certifications in the environmental field (e.g. AMDAL, ISO 14001) is a plus.
- Work Experience A minimum of 5-7 years of work experience in environmental management, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure all company activities meet local, national, and international environmental regulations and standards.
- Manage environmental permits and related documentation, such as AMDAL and PROPER.
- Develop, implement, and monitor environmental management programs, including waste reduction, water management, carbon emissions, and energy conservation.
- Conduct environmental risk assessments and develop mitigation plans. Prepares environmental reports for company management, stakeholders, and regulators.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the integration of environmental policies into the company's operations.
- Raising awareness about the importance of sustainability across the organization.
- Identify opportunities for innovation in environmental management, such as green technologies or resource recovery systems.
- Lead and direct the environmental team in the implementation of daily tasks.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Mastery of environment-related software (e.g., GIS, environmental modeling software) is a plus.
- Able to convey technical information to various parties, including senior management, regulators, and the general public.
- Ability to lead teams, manage projects, and work collaboratively with various departments.
- Able to conduct environmental audits and prepare reports according to standards.
- Expertise in managing sustainability programs, resource conservation, and carbon emission reduction.
- Familiar with waste management, environmental impact analysis (EIA), and ISO 14001-based environmental management systems.
- In-depth understanding of applicable environmental rules and regulations (national and international).
