Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • HSE Superintendent is responsible to planning, managing, evaluating & continuous improvement related to logistic safety aspects, good logistic technical rules and logistic safety management systems in accordance with regulation, identifying and mapping potential hazards that may occur in the work environment, interacting with policy makers and ensuring the company complies with all applicable safety regulation, providing continuous education on the latest safety practices and regulatory compliance, conducting risk analysis and ensuring appropriate preventive measures are implemented, and conducting regular audits and inspections in all work areas to ensure compliance with work safety standard in the logistic area.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
  • Have good communication skills, tact, and teamwork.
  • Able to conduct hazard risk analysis in the work environment and prevent potential hazards from these risks.
  • Able to monitor contractor activities and ensure activities from start to finish are in a state of safety.
  • Able to make job safety analysis and safety management and present it to contractor companies and partners related to work.
