Kualifikasi:
  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
  • Possess a Fire Safety Manager certification recognized by relevant authorities.
  • Hold a K3 certification from the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience as an HSE Supervisor in the property industry (office buildings, malls, apartments, or hotels).
  • Placement: Thamrin Nine Complex - Central Jakarta.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and management systems in compliance with national (K3) regulations and company standards.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations across all property areas (office buildings, malls, apartments, and hotels).
  • Conduct regular inspections of safety systems, including fire extinguishers, hydrants, sprinklers, evacuation routes, and other safety equipment.
  • Conduct regular fire drills and evacuation simulations.
  • Be responsible for fire safety management, including fire detection system checks and maintenance of fire protection equipment.
  • Conduct regular socialization and training on Occupational Health and Safety (K3) for employees, tenants, and property residents.
  • Collaborate with building management, engineering teams, and security to improve safety standards within the property.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Strong knowledge of K3 regulations, fire safety rules, and high-rise building safety standards.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with various stakeholders.
