Education Minimum D3/S1 in the field of K3 Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
Has an Oil and Gas K3 certification from the Ministry of Manpower or BNSP.
Have an Advanced/Fire Marshal level Fire Fighting certification.
Additional certifications such as: Breathing Apparatus (BA), Confined Space Rescue, Basic First Aid/P3K, H2S Safety (preferred).
Have a minimum of 7 years of experience in the field of fire & safety in the petroleum sector (onshore and offshore).
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Fire Safety Prevention and Inspection:
Carry out routine inspections of all fire prevention and control equipment such as fire extinguishers, hydrants, sprinklers, fire alarms, and gas detectors;
Ensure the readiness of the fire protection system and carry out preventive maintenance according to the company's operational standards; Conduct daily work safety inspections in oil and gas operation areas to identify potential fire and explosion hazards.
Emergency Handling: Respond quickly and appropriately in the event of a fire, gas leak or safety-related incident; Operating fire extinguishers (portable and system) and rescue tools to mitigate the impact of incidents;
Guide the evacuation process and ensure the safety of all personnel in the affected area.
Emergency Training & Simulation: Provide safety education and training related to fire prevention and management to employees and contractors; Carry out emergency handling simulations (fire drills, emergency response drills) periodically to improve team preparedness.
Incident Reporting & Evaluation: Compile inspection reports, findings of potential hazards, and reports of fire incidents or other emergencies; Participate in the evaluation and investigation of the causes of fire incidents and provide improvement recommendations for the prevention of similar incidents in the future.

Technical Competencies:
Understand K3 regulations in the oil and gas sector such as Law No. 1 of 1970 concerning Occupational Safety, Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources No. 18 of 2018, and other oil and gas industry safety standards; Master the operation of fire protection systems, such as hydrant, fire alarm system, fire suppression system, fire truck, and foam system; Understand fire suppression procedures, victim rescue, and emergency evacuation procedures; Understand safe working procedures in petroleum areas involving flammable materials and high-pressure gases.
Supporting Skills: Have good physical and mental resilience to work in petroleum environments with high potential hazards; Able to make quick and appropriate decisions in emergency situations; Have good communication skills to coordinate with the operational team and related parties during emergencies.
