Kualifikasi:
  • Minimum high school education or equivalent.
  • Have at least 3 years of work experience as a firefighter or related position, particularly in mining, petroleum, or high-risk work areas.
  • Have a recognized and valid Fire Fighting training certification.
  • Healthy physically and spiritually.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Operate fire trucks to handle fire situations in the work area.
  • Perform regular inspections and basic maintenance of the fire truck and all fire fighting equipment to ensure that it is always ready for use.
  • Respond quickly to emergency calls and carry out fire extinguishing procedures according to safety standards.
  • Assisting in the employee evacuation process in the event of a fire or other emergency.
  • Carry out regular simulations and drills to improve the preparedness of the fire brigade.
  • Inspecting fire protection equipment in the work area such as hydrants, fire extinguishers, and fire alarm systems.
  • Make reports related to fire incidents, equipment inspections, and the condition of fire trucks to superiors.
  • Participate in the company's occupational safety and health (K3) training program.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Understand the operating procedures of fire trucks and the use of extinguishing equipment.
  • Having the ability to drive heavy vehicles is a plus.
  • Able to work in emergency situations with high pressure.
  • Have good communication skills and be able to work together in a team.
