Kualifikasi:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Public Health/Environmental/Technical or equivalent.
  • Having working experience min. 8 years in construction, installation and commissioning for onshore and offshore oil and gas facilities.
  • Certified Training of Trainer Level 4 is a must.
  • Certified in Occupational Health Expert (AK3 Umum).
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • HSSE Training Program Planning & Development: Designing and developing HSSE training curriculum and modules according to the company's needs and applicable regulations; Conduct a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to determine the type of training required for employees and contractors; Adapting training methods to the latest technology, simulations, and industry best practices.
  • Training Implementation & Evaluation: Organizing HSSE training for employees, supervisors, and contractors, including mandatory training; Conduct simulations and drills for emergency response, such as fire drills, oil spill response, and first aid training; Evaluate the effectiveness of training by compiling reports and measuring the achievement of participants' competencies.
  • HSSE Regulatory Supervision & Compliance: Ensuring all training meets national and international HSSE compliance standards; Coordinate with regulators (Ministry of Manpower, Directorate of Environment and Forestry) and external auditors to ensure compliance with HSSE training; Provide periodic training and re-training certifications according to operational needs.
  • Coordination with HSSE Management & Team: Collaborate with HSE Manager, HRD, and Safety Officer to ensure the integration of training in the company's safety management system; Socializing the Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) culture program to increase HSSE awareness in the work environment; Manage the training database and provide recommendations to improve the quality of HSSE training.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Produce periodic reports related to the implementation of training, participation rate, and effectiveness of HSSE training; Develop documentation of procedures, training SOPs, and HSSE presentation materials; Ensure that all training documents are stored properly for internal and external audit purposes.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Competent in HSE Management System, Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and Incident Investigation Methodologies (TapRoot 5 Why), Risk Assessment Techniques (HAZID, HAZOP & JSA), Conduct HSE Training, ISO 9001 : 2015, OHSAS 18001.
  • Good understanding of government regulations related to K3.
  • Proficiency in English both written and verbal.
  • Have good inter-personal, communication skill and can work as team and independently.
