Kualifikasi:
  • Pragmatic and hard-working.
  • Obedient to work arrangements.
  • High school degree or above.
  • Placement in Kabil - Batam.
  • Have at least 3 years of experience as a Firefighter, preferably in the Green Energy industry or the renewable energy sector.
  • Have a recognized firefighter certification (such as Fire Warden, Basic Fire Fighting, and Emergency Response Training).
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Carry out emergency response procedures in the event of a fire or other dangerous incident.
  • Operate and maintain fire extinguishing equipment and fire prevention systems at Green Energy facilities.
  • Conduct regular patrols to identify potential fire hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Coordinate with the HSE team and related parties in the development of fire safety policies and procedures.
  • Compile incident reports and remediation recommendations after fire incidents or other emergencies.
  • Supporting the development of a workplace safety culture in the renewable energy industry.
  • Ensuring that all fire extinguishing systems are in good working order and always ready for use.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Professional training, both theoretical and practical proficiency in fire risk hazard identification, fire extinguishing, evacuation and other related knowledge and skills. Those with fire brigade work experience are preferred.
  • Understand occupational safety and environmental regulations related to fires in the green energy industry.
  • Able to carry out periodic inspection and maintenance of firefighting equipment.
  • Have good communication and coordination skills in emergency situations.
