Kualifikasi:
  • Pragmatic and hard-working.
  • Obedient to work arrangements.
  • High school degree or above.
  • Professional learning and training, both theoretical and practical proficiency in first aid knowledge and skills. Those with hospital (doctor/nurse) work experience are preferred.
  • Placement in Kabil - Batam.
  • Have at least 2 years of experience as a First Aid Worker, preferably in the Green Energy industry or the renewable energy sector.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Provide first aid services to workers who have suffered injuries or medical emergencies in the workplace.
  • Conduct regular inspections of first aid equipment and ensure all equipment is in ready-to-use condition.
  • Coordinate with HSE teams and external medical personnel in handling medical incidents.
  • Compile health incident reports and provide improvement recommendations to improve occupational safety.
  • Develop occupational safety procedures and policies related to first aid in the Green Energy environment.
  • Support the management of occupational health and employee welfare programs in the renewable energy industry environment.
  • Carry out emergency simulations to ensure preparedness in the face of medical incidents.
  • Conducting occupational health inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Understand first aid procedures, occupational injury handling, and medical emergency measures in industrial settings.
  • Able to inspect and maintain medical equipment and health facilities in the workplace.
  • Have good communication and coordination skills in emergency situations.
  • Understand the occupational health and safety regulations that apply in the green energy industry.
