Kualifikasi:
  • Min. 3 years experience in the same position (Superintendent/Dept. Head).
  • Experienced in the nickel mining industry (For Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi).
  • Certified "Auditor SMKP" is a must.
  • Willing to be placed On Site.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Implementation & Supervision of SMKP in Mines: Ensuring that all mine operational activities are in accordance with the Mining Safety Management System (SMKP) required by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources; Develop and supervise the Zero Accident Program in the mining environment; Ensure that all mine workers use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) in accordance with work safety standards.
  • Risk Management & Incident Investigation: Conducting hazard identification (HAZID), risk analysis (HIRA), and hazard mitigation in mining areas; Lead the investigation of work accidents and prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports and recommendations for corrective actions; Develop a strategy to reduce work accidents, oversee the implementation of Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA).
  • Emergency Response & Crisis Management: Developing and ensuring the readiness of the Emergency Response Team (ERT) at the mine site; Conducting emergency response simulations such as fire drills, landslide evacuation, chemical spill response, and medical emergency response; Coordinate with external parties such as the National SAR Agency, hospitals, and the police for emergency response readiness.
  • Audit, Inspection, & Regulatory Compliance: Carry out safety inspections and internal audits of SMKP on a regular basis to ensure compliance with mine OSH regulations; Led the preparation of external audits from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, the Environment Agency, and ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 certifications; Ensure compliance with mine waste management, wastewater, gas emissions, and biodiversity protection.
  • HSE Awareness Training & Development: Organizing training and safety briefings for mine workers, contractors, and vendors related to SMKP, defensive driving, and explosives handling; Developing a Safety Leadership Training & Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) program to improve safety culture; Holding weekly toolbox meetings and socializing HSE policies to all workers at the mine site.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare monthly and annual HSE performance reports to management and related agencies; Ensure that all safety SOP documents, environmental permits, and vocational schools are updated in accordance with regulations; Develop HSE Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) reports and evaluate the implementation of mining safety systems.
  • Coordination with Management & Stakeholders: Collaborate with Mine Manager, Operations Manager, and Engineering team in the implementation of SMKP policies; Coordinate with the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, and relevant agencies to ensure compliance with mining safety regulations; Developing a sustainability and post-mining reclamation strategy to ensure sustainable mining operations.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Understand K3 and Environmental regulations in the mining sector, such as PP 55/2010, ESDM Ministerial Decree No. 1827 K/30/MEM/2018, SMKP Minerba, and Kepdirjen No. 185 of 2019.
  • Able to conduct risk assessments (HIRA, HAZID), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and implement Permit to Work (PTW) in the mining environment.
  • Mastering operational mine safety, including mine haul road safety, drilling & blasting safety, heavy equipment operation, and pit slope stability.
  • Mastering environmental management in mining, including B3 waste management, acid mine water management, and post-mining reclamation.
  • Able to prepare and manage an Emergency Response Plan (ERP) for emergency conditions in the mine, such as landslides, explosions, or fires.
  • Strong leadership in managing the HSE team at the mining site and ensuring the implementation of SMKP policies.
  • Able to communicate and coordinate with various stakeholders, including management, mine workers, contractors, and regulators.
  • Able to develop strategies to improve safety culture (Behavior-Based Safety – BBS & Safety Leadership Training) for all mining employees.
