Kualifikasi:
  • D3 or S1 any major
  • Experienced in GA at manufacturing companies at least 4 years (preferable experience in Japanese company too)
  • Certified as Ahli K3 Umum by KEMNAKER RI
  • Experienced in building & facility management, HSE control, and ISO implementation
  • Compensation & benefit: Salary rate (net): Rp5.800.000,- to Rp7.000.000,- (basic + position allowance), Company shuttle bus, Meal at canteen, Government regulation cover of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Monitoring & supervise general services (transportation, meal, cleaning services, expatriates, etc.).
  • Responsible on 5S, security, health clinic, safety management and waste management.
  • Coordinate and supervise facility works (internal & external) - Facility Management.
  • Work collaboratively with HR & GA Manager to develop policies, company rules, procedure, and regulations in GA and Environment.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Good networking and relationship with local society and regional government
  • Communicative in English
