10+ years in QHSE management, 5+ years in leadership.
QHSE certifications (ISO, OHSAS) preferred.

Oversee QHSE policies and compliance.
Conduct audits and ensure safety standards.
Manage QHSE training and risk mitigation.
Develop sustainability strategies.

Knowledge of Indonesian QHSE regulations.
Technical Competence: Understand regulations related to food safety, hygiene, occupational safety, and the environment, such as: BPOM regulations on food safety; GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) Standards; Environmental Health and Public Health Regulations; K3 Regulation from the Ministry of Manpower; Mastering the preparation and implementation of HACCP to ensure the safety of the food processing process; Experienced in internal and external QHSE audits, including ISO certification; Able to manage risks related to food production processes, hazard control, and incident mitigation in the work area.
Leadership & Managerial Competencies: Have a strategic leadership spirit and be able to develop a work culture oriented towards quality, safety, and the environment; Able to manage cross-departmental teams (production, operations, quality control, safety, and hygiene); Have good communication and negotiation skills to establish relationships with clients, regulators, and internal stakeholders.
