Education min S1 in K3 (Occupational Health and Safety), Environmental Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in safety data analysis, HSE management, or related roles within the oil & gas, manufacturing, or energy industry.
Experience in developing and implementing data analysis methodologies to evaluate safety trends and program effectiveness.
Experience in data processing, analysis, and visualization using tools such as Power BI, Advanced Excel, Enablon, etc.
Experience in supporting safety strategy development and safety culture transformation initiatives.
Have HSE certification such as AK3Migas, AK3 Umum, NEBOSH, IOH, or CSP is a plus.
Have Involvement in safety digitalization initiatives or leveraging AI for HSE performance monitoring is highly desirable is a plus.

Analyze incident reports and trends to develop strategies for accident prevention.
Stay up-to-date with local, state, and federal regulations related to health, safety, and environmental standards.
Ensure the organization's compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Develop and deliver training programs on safety protocols, emergency procedures, and environmental awareness.
Collaborate with department heads to tailor training sessions to specific job roles and hazards.
Lead investigations into workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses.
Prepare detailed reports outlining root causes and recommend corrective actions.
Develop and maintain emergency response plans.
Conduct drills and simulations to test the effectiveness of emergency procedures.
Foster a culture of safety and environmental responsibility throughout the organization.
Implement initiatives to encourage employee engagement in safety practices.
Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training sessions, and incidents.
Prepare regular reports for management on the status of HSE programs.

In-depth understanding of safety leading and lagging indicators, including TRIR, LTIF, near-miss reports, hazard reporting, and safety observations.
Strong knowledge of risk assessment, bowtie analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), and incident investigation methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement through trend analysis and provide measurable recommendations for safety improvement programs.
Familiarity with HSE management systems (ISO 45001, OSHA, IOGP) and relevant industry safety standards.
