Kualifikasi:
  • Education min S1 in K3 (Occupational Health and Safety), Environmental Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in safety data analysis, HSE management, or related roles within the oil & gas, manufacturing, or energy industry.
  • Experience in developing and implementing data analysis methodologies to evaluate safety trends and program effectiveness.
  • Experience in data processing, analysis, and visualization using tools such as Power BI, Advanced Excel, Enablon, etc.
  • Experience in supporting safety strategy development and safety culture transformation initiatives.
  • Have HSE certification such as AK3Migas, AK3 Umum, NEBOSH, IOH, or CSP is a plus.
  • Have Involvement in safety digitalization initiatives or leveraging AI for HSE performance monitoring is highly desirable is a plus.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Conduct thorough assessments of workplace environments to identify potential hazards and risks.
  • Analyze incident reports and trends to develop strategies for accident prevention.
  • Stay up-to-date with local, state, and federal regulations related to health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Ensure the organization's compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on safety protocols, emergency procedures, and environmental awareness.
  • Collaborate with department heads to tailor training sessions to specific job roles and hazards.
  • Lead investigations into workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses.
  • Prepare detailed reports outlining root causes and recommend corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain emergency response plans.
  • Conduct drills and simulations to test the effectiveness of emergency procedures.
  • Foster a culture of safety and environmental responsibility throughout the organization.
  • Implement initiatives to encourage employee engagement in safety practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training sessions, and incidents.
  • Prepare regular reports for management on the status of HSE programs.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • In-depth understanding of safety leading and lagging indicators, including TRIR, LTIF, near-miss reports, hazard reporting, and safety observations.
  • Strong knowledge of risk assessment, bowtie analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), and incident investigation methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement through trend analysis and provide measurable recommendations for safety improvement programs.
  • Familiarity with HSE management systems (ISO 45001, OSHA, IOGP) and relevant industry safety standards.
