Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor in safety management, or K3 or relevant major is preferred.
- Certificate in occupational health and safety (K3 Umum) will be an advantage.
- Experience in writing reports and policies for health and safety.
- Willing to be place in Merak, Banten & can join ASAP.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Investigation of potential hazards and dangerous occurrences and to examine the cause of accidents/incidents where the interests of the workforce may be involved.
- Investigation of concerns relating to the SHE of workforce.
- Conduct SHE induction for all personnel working on project sites.
- Record man-hours spent for site as well as SHE performance shall be submitted to Operations Manager.
- Coordinate periodic SHE meetings and provide the notes.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Knowledge of potentially hazardous materials or practices.
- Familiarity with conducting data analysis and reporting statistics.
- Proficient in MS Office; Working knowledge of safety management information systems is a plus.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Diligent with great attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain health and safety topics.
