Kualifikasi:

Bachelor in safety management, or K3 or relevant major is preferred.
Certificate in occupational health and safety (K3 Umum) will be an advantage.
Experience in writing reports and policies for health and safety.
Willing to be place in Merak, Banten & can join ASAP.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Investigation of potential hazards and dangerous occurrences and to examine the cause of accidents/incidents where the interests of the workforce may be involved.
Investigation of concerns relating to the SHE of workforce.
Conduct SHE induction for all personnel working on project sites.
Record man-hours spent for site as well as SHE performance shall be submitted to Operations Manager.
Coordinate periodic SHE meetings and provide the notes.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Knowledge of potentially hazardous materials or practices.
Familiarity with conducting data analysis and reporting statistics.
Proficient in MS Office; Working knowledge of safety management information systems is a plus.
Outstanding organizational skills.
Diligent with great attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain health and safety topics.
